From Idea to Reality: The Journey of Launching Bloom with Adventure
Welcome to Bloom with Adventure!
I began writing as a creative outlet to reflect on my journey in life. Through therapy, I’m learning that writing is the best way for me to express my emotions and release stress. It also serves as a way to organize the many many thoughts inside my head.

For years, my grandmother told me that I have a story to tell. I ignored it for a few reasons.
- What story do I have to share?
- I’m no one special so who’s going to listen to me?
- I’m a pretty vulnerable person so sharing my “story” felt like exposing myself to the world.
- School made me hate writing
I tried ignoring my grandmother’s soft voice inside my head saying “Tell your story” for as long as I could. As I continue my journey in therapy, that voice has become very loud and a bit clearer on what she truly meant. I don’t have just one story to share with the world. My life has been and will continue to be a journey of unique adventures that I can share to inspire others on their walk in life. My life is the complete opposite of perfect. I often struggle trying to see where the next adventure in life will take me, but I’ve learned to let go of what I can’t see in front of me. I’m walking a new path awaiting to bloom into something special. Vulnerability kept me from sharing my gift with the world but today that ends by officially launching this blog.
Why Bloom With Adventure?
We’re all at different stages of our lives personally and professionally. Life is not a race. We’ve been told that several times but for me it took quite some time to truly understand the meaning. I look at life like a garden. A garden is full of plants that have bloomed and plants waiting to bloom. Just because one blooms before another, doesn’t make it any better because it bloomed first. The garden represents us in life. We’re all flowers blooming at our own pace. We should feel confident in how we’re evolving in life rather than play a comparison game.
I invite you into my story of how I’m blooming and hope that it offers inspiration to bloom your next adventure. We all have a unique gift the world is waiting for us to share.
